I have wanted to paint my living room since we moved into this house. I have pleaded and pleaded and done everything I could think of to get David to let me paint that room. Well, now we are throwing the idea around about selling our house and buying a new one. So now that we are leaving I got to paint my living room. I think that is just not fair. But anyway. I didn't have my nephew today so I sent my children to my mother-in-laws house for the past two days. I was up with David at 5:30 yesterday morning to get on with the project. I pretty much painted nonstop from 5:30a.m to 9 p.m. I got all the walls painted and only one small wall needed the second coat. So I got up not quit so early this morning and finished. It is now 3:50 p.m. and I just finished putting the room back together. I was a little worried about the tan color on the wall because it looked really yellow at first, but now I really like it. I know you can't fully enjoy the
beauty of it unless you had seen my living room before, but trust me it is leaps and bounds better than before.

Okay in the pictures it looks really yellow, but it doesn't in person.

You are superwoman!!! It looks great!
LOL. I was just thinking the other day that everyone should pretend like they are moving every so often. It's not fair that you make your house really nice, right before you move. I can't tell you how nice it's been to tie in so many loose ends around here.
Where are you thinking of moving?
Looks good stac :) I love the green!
It looks really great!!!!
It looks great! Very impressive, I couldn't ever convince Alan to paint anything. We moved into a house that had color, that's the only way we get it!
oooh nice. Are your walls brick? I love the arch in your house, really pretty. So are you thinking of moving back to the city? I can hook you up with a house back in the ward! :D
A big thank you to your cousin for his service for our freedom...welcome home soldier.
I have thought about going private, I would like to know more about what you learned. email me if you can.
That is a TON of work - painting always seems to 'fast' to me and then takes SO LONG. You are a trooper! DOn't move!
