A little bright side to today

If you all remember clear back to Christmas I posted that we had lost my double stroller at the museum :( So for the last 7 months I have been begging, pleading and finally, this morning, came to tears that I wanted another one. Dave didn't and probably still doesn't understand the importance, at least to me, of having a double stroller. However, he does not take the kids any where, I am the one that travels with the children. Anyway, I finally convinced him this morning. I knew exactly what I wanted, but I wanted it hear by Thursday morning. Yeah right, huh? I searched all the normals, Amazon, Ebay, KSL and found what I was looking for, but to get it here I would have to pay bookoo bucks. So instead of settling like I usually do, I Googled what I wanted. Lo and behold I found the best baby gear website ever, strollerdepot.com . The company is in Sandy they have everything you need for your babe and it's free shipping. If you happen to be going into Sandy, you can pick it up for 10% off. They didn't even jack the price of the stroller to cover shipping, it was the same price as, Target, Walmart, and the online stores. So with 10% off I saved money and I get it by Thursday. So what I am really trying to say is, check it out if you need anything baby, it just might save you a few pennies.

By the way this is the stroller that I got, the Baby Trend Sit-n-Stand LX with Parent Tray (parent tray not shown):

Oh! A good double stroller is an absolute MUST if you're going anywhere with little kids. We've used and abused our Joovy Caboose for almost a year and a half now. Don't know what I would do without it. It carries both kids, our swim/picnic bag, a load of library books, and two sippy cups (okay, three if you count my water bottle). It's small enough to fit in the trunk of my little car. It's light enough to fold up and carry up the stairs at those darned non-handicapped-accessible T stations. I'm getting teary here. I love my stroller, and I should let it know how much I love it. Tomorrow it's getting a good WD-40 lube and a wipe down with a wet washcloth to remove the caked-on mashed banana.
