I'm So Behind

I have been so absent minded lately that I forgot I had some fun pics on my camera from the snow strom a week ago or so. So here is a little bit of fun.
That huge glob of snow was hanging off of our driveway. We were lucky it didn't fall on us. Dawson was not very happy to be in the snow, it was as tall has he was and he couldn't walk. Cait, however, loved it and even let daddy bury her to her neck in it.

Meet Rosco. He's my sisters parrot. She is moving to Tooele this week, so while she is cleaning her apartment Rosco, Lucy and Sam are bunking with us. Rosco loves David. He is the only one Rosco will come to these days.

And you all know Miss Belle. She was just happily playing in her crib today so I took some pics.

BU HERE WE COME!!!!

Congratulations David. Because I have been checking on Jeanine and Spencer so much I have failed to recognize that my hubby has been accepted to Boston University in the Masters of Science and Project Management field. He will start school on March 10th. No, we are not moving but for the next 3 years I will be a widow and Dave will be studying his butt off. I want him to know how much I love him and how proud I am of him that he is willing and has such a drive to further his education. I will be first to wish him the best of luck. I love you.

To Jeanine and Spencer.

I just wanted to share with all of you a very touching and faith permoting story. One of my dear friends just had a baby with severe defects. It is not known how long he will live, or if he does make it how his life will turn out. My friend and her family have such a testimony of the truthfullness of the plan of salvation and that families really are forever. It has made my testimony stronger and I want to thank them for sharing their story with me and so many others. If you would like to read of their strength and testimony click on Neene on the right and it will take you to their blog. You will never be the same. I love you Jeanine and Spencer and all the faith you have shown to so many. Thank you.

I've been tagged.

I have been tagged. I have never been tagged before so I thought that I would answer the challenge. (thanks steph)
First

Ten years ago..... I was in high school getting ready to graduate and move on with my life.

Five things on my to do list....
1.Prepare my lesson for sunday school.
2.fold a heeping pile of laundry.
3.Load my new printers software on my compter.
4.Pray for patients.
5.Tear down the walls in my living room and paint.

5 jobs I've had... (lets hope I can come up with 5)
1. Latsa Matsa Pizza
2. Journal Editor
3. LDS Family services (That was only a internship does that count)
4. Family Support Center
5. Convergeys ( I did it, those are really the only jobs I have ever been paid for)

If I suddenly became a Billionaire what would I do?
I would move out of my house and buy a really big one on a plantation in the south, equipped with servants and I would walk around all day in a big dress and a hat. Then I would Save the rest of it so that I could retire in peace.

I enjoy....
Having my house really quiet in the middle of the day. My checking account to actually have spending money in it. My kids to be clean fed and playing together. And talking to other women. I could do that all day

Something you might not know about me....
I am terrified that people won't like me. And if I feel like they don't I try to do a self analysis and figure out what I did and what I didn't do for them not to like me.

And now I would like to tag.... Princess P, Anna, Liz, and Kimberly.

THHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Cora's favorite thing to do is lap water up like a dog while she is taking a bath. So last night I captured that fat tongue trying to drink the water. Notice her fat lip is nearly non-excistent, yeah.

You'd Think????

A couple of Saturday's ago my car was broken into. Whoever did it didn't take anything, they just trashed the inside looking for something. Well since then I have been terrified that they would do it again, or worse they would come in my house. So I just started double locking doors and honking my horn a dozen times to make sure that my car was locked. So this Saturday was an answer to prayers. A door to door alarm company salesman came to the door and offered us a free system for simply putting a sign in our yard. I wanted to hug the man for coming. Dave kept telling him that we needed to talk about it and I kept telling him no we don't let's just get it. We only have to pay for the monitoring system that calls emergency services if we need them to come.
Well naturally you would think that I would be sleeping better? Not the case. I have had nightmares the last two nights that the dumb thing actually goes off. And then what do I do? What if it does go off? Dave said he would put a gun in my room, but I couldn't actually shoot someone. So needless to say the system that is supposed to help me sleep at night has been keeping me up because I am affraid that it will actually go off.

It's February!

I had such a bad week that I forgot to celebrate that it was finally February. It's only one of my favorite months of the year. I cried every day last week for President Hinckely and then sobbed yesterday as I watched his funeral. I think I finally have all the tears out though. And now I realize that Valentines day is only ten days away. On the list of favorite holiday's Valentines day is number two. Only Christmas is better than V-day, and the July holidays come in a very close third. So Happy February to all of you and I hope you have a great month.
After Christmas we went to the Museum of Natural History on Presidents Circle at the Uof U. This Mamoth was found in my native Sanpete County. Huge is all I can say. And as a side sob story, We left my favorite stroller on the circle and it either got damaged when we pulled out and someone threw it away or someone found an nice stroller and kept it for themselves.
