If you noticed in my header Cora Belle is now 6 months old. She is growing way too fast. Since she had that steroid shot in her lip she has been really ornery. I hope it ends soon.
I also wanted to share another funny Dawson story. David was in his room Sunday night telling the kids a bedtime story. I was in the living room talking to my sister and here comes Dawson.
"Mommy I heard.... hmmmm.... Monkeys"
"You heard monkeys? What did they say?"
"I don't know they didn't say."
I couldn't help but laugh my head off. David even had to spray some monkey repellent so Dawson would stay in bed. Don't ask me where the fear of monkeys came from. I suppose I will never know.
And so you can all be proud of Cait like I am. She read her first short book on Friday. She is picking up the reading thing pretty well. She is just smart as a whip.
I decided to post this picture from Christmas. My dad bought two horses for the grandkids. This one is properly named Snowflake. She is trained and can be ridden. The other one is black and named Jake. He is only a baby so it will be a year or two before he can be ridden.
