The day after Thanksgiving a few of Dave's siblings decided to go see the lights turn on at Temple Square. Super fun to go with more people then just our little family. The kids enjoyed it more, Dave enjoyed it more, which made it much more enjoyable for me. We walked around forever and then went to the Joseph Smith building and had DELICIOUS hot chocolate. It also gave us time to sit and visit. You can't visit much when you are walking around the crowded square.
It is so hard to get a picture with the lights in the back, even harder when you hand the camera off to someone else. :)
I took so many pics of this pose and this is the closest we got to a normal pic. But there is a lot of movement, no one is looking and the little guy in the stroller that you can only see half of was not happy to be sitting there.
This was going to be a fabulous picture and then some dope (Jason) walked in front of me, on purpose. He had been photo bombing my shots all night long. I called him a bomber out loud after this shot and his 10 year old son asked his mom what that was. She explained, he laughed and said "I am going to do that to my sister-in-law when I get married." Like father, like son.
These final three pics were taken by David. Oh, we make some super cute kids!
