Thanks so much to my cousin Rebecca who's site had a counter on it, so now mine does too. I am always interested how many come and I have a hard time with the sitemeter, but that one tells me other good information. So yeah, check out what number you happen to be.
And thanks to Kellie who told me how to add a playlist to my page. I am just getting to techy here.

Feel Sorry for Miss Belle!!!
Poor Miss Belle has pneumonia. Yeah I am so sad for her. Actually, I am sad for myself. I have to once again in my life get up in the middle of the night to give my child a breathing treatment. I was sure that that stage in my life was over when I stopped having to give them to Cait. But I guess it is my lovely girls lot in life to have lung problems. That is one thing that I can blame on their father. He has never had lung problems, but all the allergies and stuff come from his side, seeing no one in my fam is allergic to anything. So it is all his fault and I should make him get up at midnight to hear her scream because she hates it.

And for all you newbies in town. PA Gary is great. I actually had a few appointments with him when Cait was born in Cedar City. He was the PA for Dr. Gaffari. He didn't know me from Adam, but I have a hard time forgetting people. I don't know if it is a curse or a blessing. Anyway the point is he's great.

Here is another adorable picture of my messy baby. I know you just can't get enough of her.

Happy Birthday To Me!!!!
Guess what? I'm 28 years old today!!! Yeah for me. I have had a great day. Dave let me sleep in a bit, then he and the kids made me my traditional green breakfast.
This year it was green waffels with green CoolWhip and Apple Beer. He also bought me a cool green cowboy hat.
loving it. I got some really cute pics.

Cora was given the spatula from the icing. Isn't she cute. She was
loving it. I got some really cute pics. Then Dave and I went to dinner. We were hoping to hit Dimitri's finally but they were closed so we went to Applebee's. I am just a little overstuffed.

So this is what I got for my birthday. A green cowboy hat, as I mentioned before, a shirt from my sis and Photoshop from David and the kids. I have to wait for that to come in the mail but I am so excited.
So Happy Birthday to ME!

I NEED A HOBBY
I really don't have anything to write. I was just checking on everyone's blog and no one but S. T. has written anything new. So I am just going to share with you all something I love. Now I don't have a passion for many things. Actually I really can't think of anything I am obessed with. Dave loves books, and classical music, Cait loves Barbie, Dawson loves cars and trains, but there is really nothing that I would die to have everytime I went to the store, or search for everytime I get on the internet. So I thought I would share just the stuff I love, but don't have an obession for.
Last night at 9:30 I went to Wally World and bought myself (I guess Dave benefits too) new sateen sheets, 300 thread count. I slept really good last night. There is little that is better than having soft sheets to sleep in.
Another thing I love is cooking. I wish I was really good at one cooking technique, but I'm not, I just really like to cook. If I was able to start a business I would start a catering
business. Dave and I have actually talked about turning our useless garage into a second really big kitchen so that I could do that. But then we think about moving so what would be the point?
And the last thing that I love but have a very hard time spending money on is shoes. Dave swears that I have tons of shoes, but I have yet to find a find a shoe store that I love, and want to spend money in. And I haven't found a pair of shoes in a long time that I love. I would really rather wear sandals all year long, but I get tired of cold feet. I really love Ballet Flats. Besides sandals they are my favorite shoe.
So my delema is this, I don't have a passion that I don't have to spend a lot of money on to really enjoy. One day I hope I find my nich, but until then I will just enjoy my new soft sheets, and cook some more. If any of you have good recipes (Steph I want that chocolate cake recipe) or know of a good shoe store, please fill me in.

Twilight

Attention all my Twilight loving friends. From August 1st to the 4th, my cousin has rented a cabin in Washington (where the book takes place) so that we can get the 4th book and spend the weekend reading. If we can get 10 people to come, the cabin will be $100 a person. So if any of you would like to join us on this little adventure let me know. Beside the cabin the cost will be for food, splitting the cost for gas, oh and of course the book (it comes out on the 2nd). So come one come all and it should be great fun.

What A Weekend....
I wish that I could say that it was an exciting weekend, but it was filled with tears and a few moments of pure joy.
Saturday was Grandpa's funeral. I usually don't handle viewings very well, but I did alright at Grandpa's. I think it was because I was all cried out from weeks before and I had to deal with a baby so I didn't have time to cry. The services were beautiful. My aunts, uncle and mother-in-law all spoke and shared spiritual and memorable experiences. All were wonderful and brought to life a man I only knew for 7 years. At the beginning, all 19 grandchildren sang I Need Thee Every Hour, and at the end sang Love At Home. How awesome it was to see all 19 grandchildren together. Not one missed it. Then cousins Heather, Kristy and Erin sang His Hands which always makes me cry, but I sobbed this time. And at the cemetery, grandpa received full military honors for his service in WWII. I love military honors. Caitlin even had a touching experience at the burial. Grandpa Young said he saw her staring at the casket, then she looked away for a moment, then looked at the casket again with a tear on her cheek. When we were getting ready to go, Cait and I went to the casket to say goodbye and we each blew him a kiss. She really has a tender spirit. The whole funeral was a really neat experience and it was good to be together with such an amazing family. I am truly blessed to be a part of this family.
Aren't those flowers gorgeous? That is Grandma Boss in the background. Her name is Lola and is the fourth wife of Grandpa. His other 3 wifes died of various diseases before him. I love Lola she is a really great, happy woman.
Meet the Der's. Okay just my David and David Spencer (the weird dude in front with the baby) are the Der's. But in stead of saying cheese I told them to say Der and they all ended up with a funny face.
We then drove for 3 more hours to get to Gunnison for a baby blessing and a farewell. My nephew Boston was blessed by my bro Craig, and my cousin Justin gave his farewell talk in church.
First it was Justin. We drove some more to get to Richfield to see him almost pass out and throw up on the stand. I kind of wish that he had so that I would have a better story. But he didn't he just turned green, said Amen and sat down. It was really kind of funny. He is going to some mission in Mexico that I can't remember the name of and he enters the Provo MTC on Wednesday.
Oh how they grow. This is Justin. I don't know how old he is in this picture, but his little brother Zach was about 1 so he is somewhere between 6 and 9. I think????
Then we drove some more to get back to Axtell to the baby blessing. Craig gave Boston a sweet blessing with all the family there to be a part of it. I wish I had a picture of the baby, but I didn't have my camera with me.
So that was my weekend in a nut shell. In a 24 hours period we drove a total of 9 1/2 hours. I know that it is possible to do more, but I never want to do that again.

Grandpa Boss...

Another heartache has happened in our family. David's Grandpa Boss passed away Saturday morning. He was one of the sweetest old guys I have ever had the opportunity to be related too. He had a heart made of pure gold and a spirit that I am sure touched heaven more than once. And who could help but love a man that every time you walked into a room he would tell you that you were beautiful. On more than one occasion he would ask me why I married David? Now that I think of it I should have responded by saying "Because he is just like you."
We had the sweet opportunity to be with him last Tuesday. We had come back from Kadens funeral to pick up our kids when Ann told us that grandpa only had a couple of weeks left to live. Our emotional day just had to continue I guess. But while we were sitting there, Dave set Cora on the arm of the chair grandpa was sitting in. He had really been non responsive for days, but he sat up and smiled. He tickled Cora and made her laugh. She even reached out for him and gave him a hug. It was a tender moment and will always be my last great memory of Grandpa Boss.
I really loved Grandpa with all of my heart and I am glad he has left the prison he called his body and that he is with his first love that he has missed for over 50 years now. My heart aches to see him again, but he is so happy that I would be selfish to want him back.
We love you Grandpa and will miss you. Hugs and Kisses from here to forever.
